Wayne BryceWayne Bryce
President & CEO


Wayne Bryce is President & CEO of JANA. Wayne is a Mechanical Engineer from McGill University in Montreal and has spent his entire career in the field of piping systems. Joining DuPont out of University, Wayne led the team that developed proprietary process technology saving $20 million in capital and reducing operating costs by over 30% annually.  Following that success, Wayne launched a completely new product for DuPont and grew the market penetration of an established product line by 42%.  In 1999, Wayne co-founded JANA, with a mission to ensure Better Pipelines for a Better World.  Under Wayne’s leadership, this Mission defines, directs and drives JANA. Wayne ensures that JANA invests deeply in developing the absolute best technology that empowers gas pipeline operators to genuinely manage their assets in a risk-informed manner and profoundly mitigate the inherent risks of operating pipeline assets. 

Ken OliphantKen Oliphant
Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer


Dr. Ken Oliphant is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of JANA. “Dr. Ken” received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University. Prior to co-founding JANA, he spent his career at Rohm & Haas and AT Plastics.  Ken’s specific focus is in piping system risk assessment and management, performance validation and lifetime forecasting.  Under Ken’s technical leadership, JANA’s Expert Team partners with gas pipeline operators to develop Integrity Management strategies based on JANA’s state-of-the-art mechanistic-probabilistic risk modeling, allowing pipeline operators to make fully-informed decisions.

Tim WatsonTim Watson
Chief Financial Officer

Tim Watson is the newest member of JANA’s Leadership Team, as Chief Financial  Officer. Tim completed his Honours Business Administration degree (Dean’s List, Gold Medalist – Finance) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, along with executive education programs at Harvard, Kellogg, Wharton and Western.  In addition, he received his Chartered Financial Analyst and Advanced Investment Advice certifications, as well as his ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Tim is a proven finance executive with extensive senior management and strategic leadership experience across diversified industries in North America. At JANA, Tim leverages his unique combination of senior leadership roles in both the corporate and financial services sector to drive our financial and corporate development functions.  

Paul DalglishPaul Dalglish
Vice President, Operations

Paul Dalglish is Vice President of Operations.  Paul received his Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and his MBA from the University of Western Ontario.  He is a Professional Engineer and also has his Charter Director Designation from McMaster University. Paul has worked in the regulated utility industry in Canada, the US and England for 25 years in positions ranging from Engineer to Senior Vice President.  At JANA, Paul combines his utility industry knowledge from his time spent at Enbridge Gas and Liberty Utilities with the client delivery skills he developed at Accenture to lead JANA's team in cost-effectively delivering Pipeline Integrity Management services and software to our clients. 


Chris Moore
Vice President, Engineering

Chris Moore is Vice President of Engineering at JANA. Chris received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Western University. He has spent his entire career in the regulated utility industry, with specific focus in gas operations. With a career that spanned more than two decades at the Enbridge family of companies – Enbridge Pipelines, Enbridge Gas Storage and Enbridge Gas Distribution – Chris is well-versed in operational, engineering and regulatory requirements involved in managing pipeline assets.  As Vice President of Engineering at JANA, Chris leverages his industry experience and his passion for people to mentor JANA’s engineers and build strong client relationships that foster the implementation of JANA’s Integrity Management solutions.

Aleesha Valentine
Vice President, Strategy

Aleesha Valentine is Vice President of Strategy at JANA. Aleesha received her Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Tech. She has spent her entire career in the pipeline industry, with specific focus on client management and project implementation in gas and water distribution. With a background in Business Management, Aleesha’s focus is on building client and partner relationships so that JANA can develop and implement the best Integrity Management solutions in the world. Whether collaborating on a new software solution, coordinating training on JANA’s risk models, or planning industry events, Aleesha ensures JANA stays at the forefront of the industry and exceeds clients’ expectations.
