Keynote Speaker - We’re excited to announce our 2026 JUG Keynote Speaker—Dr. Sally Spencer-Thomas! “Dr. Sally” is an internationally-recognized leader for the way she inspires, educates, and successfully challenges leaders to develop caring cultures that help people thrive. A familiar face in the utility space, Dr. Sally uses the power of stories, science, and humor (just enough!) to engage her audiences. Her keynote will encourage us all to build mental resilience and look out for each other while also being bold in our space
